 BTBX Management Team & Directors

Frank L. Lane is the Chairman of the Board as well as a founder of the company. Frank has 35 years of business experience; 15 in marketing at General Electric, Procter & Gamble, Johnson Wax, and Neutrogena, where he was President and Chief Operating Officer; and the last 20 years as an entrepreneur. Under his leadership and management at Neutrogena, sales doubled, profits doubled, and the company's stock market value increased 600%. As an entrepreneur, he founded the management consulting firm, PYRAMID, which is a leading firm in better branding and brand management. PYRAMID clients have included Microsoft, Epson, Red Hat, Landmark Communications, International Paper, Mary Kay, Gatorade, Arm & Hammer, Allergan, Kaiser-Permanente, Ameritech, and over 100 other leading companies.

Frank also co-founded Bullfrog Amphibious Formula Sunblock (acquired by Chattem, Pfizer, and Fisons), and Mr. Ching Chinese Restaurants (acquired by Pepsico). Frank serves on the company's Board of Directors.

Lee A. Henderson is a founder of the company and serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Secretary/Treasurer. Lee has been engaged in the practice of law for over 23 years and served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Hessian & McKasy, P.A., one of the older law firms in Minneapolis. He has also been Of Counsel to Moss & Barnett, one of the larger law firms in Minneapolis before he started his own successful firm, Lincolnshire LLC. Lee has been involved for many years with the development and growth of business ventures and involved in several Internet related companies. Lee is responsible for much of the company's equity capital planning and funding. Lee serves on the company's Board of Directors.

Lee serves on the Board of Trustees of the Lutheran Social Services Foundation and has in the past served on a variety of Lutheran regional committees in the Twin Cities area as well as numerous roles in local congregations including congregation President. He is the primary contact with the Lutheran community for the company.

Larry G. Linde, a founder of the Company, is our Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer. Larry was the founder and president of Image Manipulation Systems, Inc. and has 20 years of hardware and software development experience. This includes 15 years at Honeywell's Systems and Research Center doing Defense Department work, and recent work for Sun Microsystems. His expertise includes integrating hardware and software into seamless user-friendly applications. He has years of work on Internet related issues because of his involvement in the military, one of the first Internet users. He is the primary architect of the company's Voice over Internet Protocal (VoIP) applications.

Becki Sanford is our Software Director and a founding shareholder. Becki has over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of a wide variety of software applications. Becki has been the chief architect of the ButtonBox software. Her prior work experience includes over 15 years at General Dynamics and Rockwell International where she was involved in software development projects from beginning to final implementation, including years as the Team Lead for software projects.

Eric Zettler is Director of Sales. Eric is an electrical engineer, with over 30 years experience in the computer industry, including 18 years at FSI International and earlier experience at Control Data, 3M and Dicomed. He has also recently developed a successful real estate practice. Eric coordinates our sales activities in the business data and VoIP business.

Eric Estabrooks is a hardware/software engineer with over 15 years of experience, many in the development and implementation of network systems for Internet Service Providers. Eric is a founding shareholder of the company, assisted in the development of the Company's networks, and has assisted in the development of the VoIP hardware and software.

Joshua Pickett Granberry Lane is responsible for BTBX Brand development. Josh brings over 10 years of Brand building expertise to the BTBX team with PYRAMID Management Consulting. Josh has been involved with branding development work for many Fortune 500 companies.

 

  Technical/Business Advisors

In addition to its management team, BTBX retains its competitive edge by seeking the advice of technical advisors. Among the people working with BTBX include the following:

Rowland Hanson, founder of C. Rowland Hanson & Associates. Mr. Hanson provides management assistance in strategic planning, marketing, communications and general business development. Currently, his organization has been focusing on assisting companies with development strategies for the emerging Internet and intranets. Prior to starting his current business, Mr. Hanson served as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Microsoft Corporation, where he developed and executed the original branding strategy and is credited with the naming of several products including Microsoft Windows. He has also served in significant marketing positions with Neutrogena Corporation, Nestle U.S.A. and General Mills, Inc.

The Company is in the process of selecting an additional advisor that fits in the Lutheran business model, most likely a person from Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a Fortune 200 company that serves over 3 million Lutherans around the United States. Thrivent is a potential sponsoring partner for churches participating in the ButtonBox roll-out.
